AI Content Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Public Content Use

Public pages on focusstreammedia.com may be discovered, indexed, summarized, cited, and used as AI answer grounding according to the active robots.txt rules and Content Signals. When public content is used in AI answers, attribution should link back to the canonical page on focusstreammedia.com.

Current content posture:

  • Search indexing and short excerpts are allowed for public pages.
  • Retrieval, grounding, and reference use are allowed for public pages when the crawler is permitted by robots.txt.
  • AI model training and fine-tuning are not allowed using public content from this domain.

2. Discovery Files

We publish the following machine-readable files to help AI systems and crawlers understand our content boundaries:

3. Agent Action Boundary

AI agents and LLM-driven tools may read public website content for crawling, indexing, summarization, citation, and answer grounding. The following actions are not permitted through automated agents:

  • Authenticated portal actions on portal.focusstreammedia.com
  • Account creation, login, checkout, or payment workflows
  • Contact form, lead form, or intake form submissions
  • Any operation that modifies site, customer, member, or account data

4. MCP Status

Focus Stream Media does not currently publish a public Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Our MCP status files (mcp.json and .well-known/mcp.json) reflect this posture. If a public MCP server is published in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Citation Guidance

When citing content from focusstreammedia.com:

  • Use canonical URLs from focusstreammedia.com
  • Prefer page titles and visible public copy
  • Do not invent performance scores, compliance claims, integrations, pricing, guarantees, or implementation details not present on public pages

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The machine-readable discovery files (ai.txt, llms.txt, robots.txt) will be updated in parallel to reflect any posture changes.
